Thompson is a CIA agent, he received an order to investigate an international spy Hans in Toils prison. To get close to the spy, he pretended to be another prison mate in the prison and became friends with him. However he found out that this Hans is not the real Hans. Just as he was about to report this to his superior, he realised he already became a real prisoner on death row.

UB company is the biggest pharmaceutical company in the market. However they developed a medicine that strengthen the human body for private use. They altered the medicine to form a virus and used it for human experiments. The humans been injected with this virus became animal like with no human intelligence, and craved blood. People call them zombies.
The scientist who created this virus - Edward, accidentally infected his daughter with the virus. To save his daughter, Edward caught some zombies to make antibodies, and it worked for a short time. But once the antibodies worn off, they turned back into zombies, and started to have human intelligence.
